For over twenty years, I managed large-scale industrial operations, overseeing teams of over a thousand at the frontline. Through the analytical rigor of my SJTU and NTU MBA, I learned to optimize complex systems. But through forty years of empirical practice, I refined this core system: The 3F Protocol (3-Flow Method).
Mastering your body should be like driving: You don't need to be an engineer, but you must know how to step on the brake.
